Lucky Rose

Summary

Note: Links may award me referral rewards such as in-app points or money.

Lucky Rose is an Android app whose main attraction is that it allows you to win real money by playing free scratch cards and other mini games.

Personally, I didn’t find the games available particularly engaging.

More importantly, I’ve read many reviews which claim that if you reach an amount valid for payout the app prevents you from withdrawing so I’d recommend probably giving this app a miss.

How does it work?

Lucky Rose is an Android app whose main attraction is that it allows you to play a fairly large number of free scratch cards each day with the possibility of winning real money.

The app is advert supported, requiring you to watch an ad periodically in order to scratch more cards.

In addition to the scratch cards, there is also a roulette wheel and a number of mini games to play.

Opinion

I played Lucky Rose for a little while and won a small amount. However, the app only allows you to withdraw once you’ve won a minimum amount which I never reached. I’ve heard reports of the game halting payouts once a certain figure is reached and this was my experience also.

One of the mini games requires you to tap on three cards, awarding you with the prize shown on the opposing side. After the game ends the remaining cards are turned over, usually revealing some huge prize you “nearly” won. This adds to the overall feeling that all is not as it seems.

Nearly won $5000! Actually, probably not…

More alarmingly, I’ve read many reviews which claim that if you do reach an amount valid for payout the app prevents you from withdrawing.

The scratch cards were initially fairly fun to play but that wore off pretty quickly. This is also true of the roulette table and other mini games. More importantly, I’m not at all convinced the app is legitimate so I’d probably recommend giving it a miss.
