If you’re unfamiliar with Treasure Trooper, I discuss it in much more detail in my blog article.
If you’re a Treasure Trooper user in the USA, TreasureTracker.net offers a fun way to potentially gain additional referrals to the site.
You simply write the URL of the site (treasuretracker.net) on a bill and register its serial number with the site. Whenever someone visits the URL and enters the serial number they have the opportunity to tell you the story of how they got the the bill, and if they sign up you’ll be registered as their referrer.
The original announcement post is here if you’re interested.
It’s no good for me unfortunately as I’m in the UK but it might be worth trying if you’re US based and so inclined.

AppStation is an Android app which pays you for downloading and playing games.
In the past I’ve reviewed Fitplay, Cash Alarm, App Flame, Pirate Coinland, Coin Pop and Money RAWR.
I can confirm that this is once again the same app with different branding.
If you’ve used any of the above apps then you know what to expect. If you’ve never used one of them and would like to find out more is recommend reading my review of App Flame as basically all the information remains valid :-).

Once you’ve bought the training grounds at Cogg’s Coop for 25 dragon scales you can start fighting the dragons of other users. Winning will gain you prizes. As you win you’ll gradually move up into higher tiers which reward with better prizes. The levels are as follows:
Level 1 : 1-10 Wins – 3 Gold Coins — 10th win moves you to Level 2.
Level 2 : 11-25 Wins – 5 Scales — 25th win moves you to Level 3.
Level 3 : 26-50 Wins – $0.25 — 50th win moves you to Level 4.
Level 4 : 51-100 Wins – 1 Platinum Coin — 100th win moves you to Level 5.
Level 5 : 101+ Wins – $1.00 and 1 Pearl
Every Friday night Treasure Trooper hold a fight night which allows you to fight as many times as you want without any penalties for losing.
Additional information about dragon rearing can be found here.

Google Opinion Rewards is an Android app which periodically asks you to complete very short surveys. So far most of the surveys I’ve been asked to take part in have been a single easy to answer question.
Although each survey is worth very little (usually around 6p) it adds up fairly quickly and involves almost no work.
So far I’ve been using the app for three months and have answered 18 very short surveys, making £1.61.
The upside is you make this almost without noticing that you’re doing anything. The downsides are that each survey is few and far between and earnings can only be spent in the Google Play store. It’s also worth noting that credits expire 1 year after earning them and can not be used for partial payment.
Personally because of the extremely low effort I think I’ll continue using the app but won’t expect to be rich any time soon.

The Treasure Trooper site offers “cryptic treasure” which can only be claimed for 30 minutes each day and is available via the links which scroll beneath the team goal list.
It’s worth keeping an eye out for – personally I’ve only ever seen it once.

If you’re unfamiliar with Treasure Trooper, I discuss it in much more detail in my blog article.
Most of the surveys offered by Treasure Trooper only pay out anything if you manage to complete them in full without being screened out which I personally find quite discouraging. The exception is Dig Site #4 which supports partial payouts. As a result, most of my survey time is dedicated to this dig site.
Interestingly, the partial payouts tend to be better on desktop than on mobile. This may be because the timer which determines how long you’ve been doing the survey doesn’t work correctly on mobile – I’m not sure.

Also, it’s worth checking the daily goals list as Dig Site #4 tends to be included about once a week, making this a fairly easy way to fulfil the dig site bonus requirements.
Update: I’ve recently been using GameKit again and am currently having trouble getting one of my orders fulfilled. I was due to receive my order of a Steam game pack several months ago and have asked the team of moderators for an update several times with no response. Based on this I can’t currently recommend using the service.
Update 2: Still no response from GameKit on my order. See this post for a bit more detail.

GameKit is another online service which allows you to earn points and “experience” for playing games. These points can then be exchanged for games and additional content such as character skins.
I’m actually pretty impressed with the prizes you can earn and have claimed a number of Steam games without huge effort and zero cost.
Note: A couple of my Steam orders could not be redeemed as the keys had already been used. I’m in correspondence with their support team at the moment so hopefully this will be resolved shortly. It was not at all obvious to me how to contact support so that took a little while. I’ll amend this review if/when this issue is resolved.
