Coffee Team Challenge 2020

The Swagbucks Coffee team challenge is now available for signup.

Once signed up here, you will be allocated to a team and you can begin earning points. If you earn 600 or more points over the course of the event you’ll receive a reward, with the reward you receive depending on how well your team as a whole performed. The Swagbucks team describe it as follows:

All members who participate and contribute at least 600 points to their team’s total will receive a SB bonus in the form of a SB Swag Up Rebate! Members of the 1st place team will receive a 100 SB Swag Up Rebate, members of the 2nd place team will receive a 75 SB Swag Up Rebate, 3rd place will receive a 50 SB Swag Up Rebate, and 4th place will receive a 25 SB Swag Up Rebate. The Swag Up Rebate will be made available by January 25th and expires on February 10th at 7:59AM GMT.

You can often earn a significant number of points on Swagbucks and Treasure Trooper by signing up to free trials but this generally requires you to specify a credit card. This can be nerve-wracking if you’re not 100% sure the site is trustworthy.

One way of limiting the risk is to use a virtual MasterCard with only a small amount of money associated with it. Virtual MasterCards work identically to standard credit cards except that they’re limited in value.

TopCashback rewards you with real cash for making your purchases through them. The best part is that it’s completely free.

The only downside is that it can take a long time for the cashback to become payable so it’s important not to rely on the money for anything important.

Job Spotter

Job Spotter is an app by Indeed, the popular job listing site. It allows you to submit photographs of job adverts in the windows of businesses. These are submitted for points which can be exchanged for Amazon vouchers. You can also earn for verifying the submissions of other people.

This is a fantastic app which is usually fun and often quite lucrative!

Note: There have been reports of Job Spotter not paying out for long periods recently. Hopefully whatever the issue is will blow over soon but it’s worth bearing in mind if you’re considering using the app for the first time.

Payments now appear to be working normally. I received an overdue payment a few days ago.

Swagbucks is one of the longest running reward websites. It has its own digital currency, unsurprisingly called Swagbucks, which you can earn in a very large number of ways. This currency can then be redeemed for cash or gift cards.
